Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany)  and to nearby EU countries such as Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €5.95 per order with GLS.
Shipping with DHL (also to packing stations) is possible for an additional charge of EUR 2.

Deliveries abroad :

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Belgium: €14.95
Denmark: €14.95
France: €14.95
Italy: €14.95
Luxembourg: €14.95
Netherlands: €14.95
Austria: €14.95
Poland: €14.95
Slovenia: €14.95
Czech Republic: €14.95
Other EU countries €19.95
Switzerland: €29.95

We deliver free shipping for orders over €500.00.

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
